Meet Cru: the AI team that drafts every follow-up and waits for your OK
Eight roles that watch your database, plan the message and put the draft in front of you. Nothing goes out until you say so.
The Elevate team
3 min read
Cru is a private team of AI roles that works your database while you work the room. Each role watches for one kind of moment, plans what to say and puts a draft in front of you. You decide what goes out.
The roles you can turn on
- Radar spots who is ready to move before they say so: equity that passed a line, a listing that came off the market, a purchase anniversary, a buyer who keeps coming back. It keeps records clean and feeds every other role.
- Inside Sales answers new leads, qualifies them against your own checklist and hands them to you with the whole story. Email today. Texts and calls are coming soon.
- Marketing Director keeps your whole database warm with one-to-one email: home value updates, listing milestones and neighborhood reports.
- Matchmaker matches new listings and price changes to the buyers they fit, and drafts a note to each one.
- Reputation asks for the review and the referral at the right moment, while the thank-you is still warm.
- Chief of Staff works for you, not your contacts. It puts together a morning brief of what matters today. Getting it by text is coming soon.
- Concierge answers your calls when you can't and takes the message. Coming soon.
- Ask Elevate does anything in Elevate when you ask in plain words.
Turn on only the ones you want. They share what they learn, so the email Marketing Director writes knows what Inside Sales heard last week.
It starts by drafting
Every role that writes to your contacts starts at Approve. Its drafts wait in one list. You approve one as written, edit it first, or throw it away. You can approve from the app, or from the email Elevate sends you, where one button sends it. Opening the link changes nothing; only the button does.
Once you like a role's drafts, switch it to Auto, and back any time. There are four levels, set per role:
| Level | What the role does |
|---|---|
| Observe | Watches and notes what it would do |
| Suggest | Tells you what to do next |
| Approve | Drafts it and waits for your OK |
| Auto | Sends it, after every check |
Every message passes the same checks
Before anything is sent, whether you approved it or the role is on Auto, it passes:
- Quiet hours in the contact's own time zone.
- Consent. Texts and calls go only to people who agreed to hear from you.
- How often. Frequency caps, so nobody hears from you too much.
- Do Not Call. Your own list and the national registry, checked every time.
- Fair Housing. A word list, then an AI review for steering that uses no flagged word.
- State rules. Where a state asks for more, Cru follows the stricter rule.
When a check stops a message, the reason is logged. Auto doesn't skip any of this. It only stops waiting for you.
It sounds like your business
Each persona has a name, a face and a voice. You give it your business context, the things it must never say, your team and how to pronounce the names in your area. Upload your guides and it quotes them, with the source.
What it costs
A draft is billed at the AI model's real cost plus 10%, about $0.0020 for a typical follow-up. Each one is on your cost log, under the role that wrote it.
In the works
These roles are being built now. They're not on yet, and we won't put dates on them until they are.
- Listing Coordinator: the launch checklist, marketing milestones and a weekly seller update.
- Showing Desk: takes showing requests, books and confirms them, and collects feedback.
- Market Analyst: comparable sales, neighborhood reports and pricing scenarios when you ask.
- Offer Desk: puts every offer side by side and drafts the seller summary. Advice only.
- Transaction Coordinator: accepted offer to closing, with milestones, reminders and document chasing.
- Recruiter: for brokerages, finds and keeps in touch with agents you'd like to hire.
- Lender Partner: a co-branded persona for your preferred lender.
