Where Mave is strong.
Worth knowing before you choose. If one of these matters most to you, Mave may be the better fit.
- 01
Local board data.
It pulls licensed data from the boards brokerages already use, such as TRREB and OREB, so market answers are local.1
- 02
Your brand voice.
It learns your brand voice and guidelines, then writes listing copy, social posts, email campaigns and market reports.1
- 03
Built with brokerages.
Plans for brokerages and for REALTORS®, and a $5M seed round in January 2026 to grow it.13
Where Elevate is different.
Runs the work, not just the words.
Contacts, deals, tasks and AI follow-up sit next to the listing marketing, so a new lead gets worked, not just written to.
A price on the page.
$99 a seat a month, or $750 a year. Usage at our cost + 10%, with a calculator and a receipt for every charge.
Follow-up you approve.
Start with every message waiting for your OK. Quiet hours, Do Not Call and Fair Housing checks run on each one.
Fair questions.
