Ask Elevate

Built into the app, nothing to set up. It knows your contacts, their homes, your pipeline and your conversations. Anything that changes a record waits for your OK.

The AI you already use

Claude or any MCP client. It works through your Elevate account, inside the rules you set for that connection.

Every connection gets its own rules.

It can only ever do what you can do in Elevate, and only the parts you allow. Scopes never add power.

  • Only what you tick

Reading and editing are the baseline. Sending, publishing, deleting, spending, billing and admin stay off until you turn them on.

  • A monthly spend cap

Each connection starts with a $25 cap on paid AI and data. Raise it, lower it, or set it to zero.

  • An activity log

Every action leaves a line, refusals included. Passwords and keys never reach the log.

  • Deletes you can undo

Anything a connection deletes can be restored from its activity.

  • Big paid batches ask first

A paid lookup on many records shows the count and cost, then waits for you to confirm.

  • Revoke any time

Removing access works at once. Personal tokens can also expire on a date you pick.

Placeholder, data policy (founder to write): one line on how customer data is used, e.g. whether it is ever sold or used to train AI.

Connect it once.

Tools that can’t sign in can use a personal access token instead, with the same choices and an expiry date.

Questions about your AI.

Which AI apps work?

Claude (on the web, the desktop app and Claude Code) and any MCP client that can connect over HTTP. ChatGPT custom connectors are in testing now.

What does it cost?

Connecting is part of your seat. Paid work it runs, like writing with AI or looking up a home, is billed like anywhere else in Elevate, at our cost plus 10%, and counts toward that connection’s cap.

Can it see everything in my company?

It sees what you can see in Elevate, nothing more. It runs as you, with your role, and only the parts you ticked.

What if it gets something wrong?

Every action is in its activity log. Deletes can be restored from there, and you can narrow its access or revoke it at once.

How is Ask Elevate different?

Ask Elevate is built in and needs no setup. Anything that changes a record waits for you to confirm, and it uses your company’s AI and data limits instead of a separate cap.

Connect it, then just ask.
