CRM
A CRM that cleans up after itself.
Contacts, deals, tasks, email, forms and automations in one place. Duplicates merge on their own. No contact limits.
Email Linda Parker
No touch in 21 days. She opened your market report twice. A draft is ready.
Example of a planned next step. One tap and it is done.

Same email. Merging into one contact.
Your next steps, already on the board.
Elevate checks every contact every few minutes. New leads, quiet clients, missed handoffs and hot signals become tasks with the reason written on them. When the reason clears, the task closes itself.

Coming from another CRM?
Bring your contacts with you. Or let us move everything over as part of the done-for-you setup.
Import a CSV
Map your columns once. Every row is checked for duplicates by email, then phone.
Connect what you keep
Sync Gmail or Outlook, and link other tools through Zapier.
Leave when you want
No contract. Export your contacts to a CSV whenever you like.
Questions about the CRM.
Is there a limit on contacts?
No. You pay for seats and for what you use, never for the size of your database.
How do duplicates get merged?
When a contact comes in from a form, an import or your inbox, we match it on email first, then phone. A match updates the contact you already have instead of making a second one.
I use Follow Up Boss today. Can I bring my data?
Yes. Export a CSV and import it. If you would rather not do it yourself, the done-for-you setup moves it for you. If you keep both, Zapier can send each new Elevate lead to the other CRM.
Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. Connect your mailbox and your email threads land on the right contacts.
What is the difference between a segment and a list?
A segment is a set of rules, so people join and leave it on their own as their records change. A list is people you pick by hand.
Bring every contact. No tier to outgrow.
$99 a seat covers the CRM. No contact tiers, no contract.
