Your numbers, set up in settings.

Numbers and carrier fees are billed at cost plus 10%, like everything else you use. A local number is $1.10 a month.

  • A local number for each office

Pick the area code. Add more lines when you need them.

  • Or bring your own

Move your number in, or keep it where it is and text from it.

  • Your cell as caller ID

Calls you place from Elevate can show the number people already know.

Every call writes itself up.

Hang up and the transcript, a short summary and the next step are already on the contact. The next step lands on your task list, so nothing said on the phone waits for you to type it.

  • Place and take calls in Elevate, with the contact’s story on screen while you talk.
  • Recording follows each state’s rules, and announces itself where the law asks.
  • The next step joins your planned actions, with the reason from the call.

Or let Cru make the first call.

Dana, Cru’s inside sales voice, asks your qualification checklist. Each answer ticks a box, and when they’re all answered the lead comes to you with the notes.

Dana, Cru’s inside sales voice, calls Sarah Mitchell. Dana: Hi Sarah, it’s Dana with Emily Carter’s team. You asked what 124 Willow Ave might sell for? Sarah Mitchell: Yes. We’re thinking of listing in the spring. Dana: What has you thinking about a move? Sarah Mitchell: We need more room. A baby’s on the way. Dana: Congratulations. Do you have a number in mind? Sarah Mitchell: Somewhere around $640,000. And we haven’t talked to an agent yet. Dana: Emily can walk you through recent sales nearby. I’ll have her call you today.

  • Timeline: Spring
  • Why move: More room
  • Price in mind: About $640,000
  • Has an agent: No

Qualified. Handed to Emily Carter with the notes. Calls coming soon.

Questions about phone and texting.

Can I text and call from Elevate today?

Not yet. Numbers, texting, calls and the registration are built and in testing. Email, tasks and Ava’s conversations work today.

What is texting registration (10DLC)?

US carriers ask every business that texts from a regular local number to register who it is and how it texts. Elevate files it for your company from settings and shows the status as it moves.

What does registration cost?

What the carriers charge, plus 10%: $4.95 once for your brand, $16.50 once for the campaign review, then $11.00 a month.

Can I keep my current number?

Yes. Move it into Elevate, or keep it with your carrier and text from it. You can also show your own cell as caller ID on calls.

Are calls recorded?

Only where recording is allowed, and with the notice the state requires. Each recorded call keeps its transcript and summary on the contact.

Start with email and tasks today.

Texting and calls turn on in the same account when they’re ready.
