Cru AI

An AI team that drafts. You approve.

Cru is a private team of AI roles that works your database while you work the room. Each one starts by drafting for your OK. Switch it to Auto once you like what it writes.

Why now: asked about the HOA on the listing page

Hi Sarah, the HOA at 124 Willow Ave is $85 a month and covers the pool and common areas. Want me to send the full disclosure and set up a second look?

  • Quiet hours
  • Consent
  • Fair Housing
ApproveEdit

It starts by drafting. It runs alone when you say so.

Four levels, set per role. Every role that writes to your contacts starts at Approve. Once you like its drafts, switch it to Auto, and back any time.

Approve

Everything is prepared and waits for your OK, one by one or in a batch.

Where Cru starts, for every message.

Radar

Radar finds the signal. You skip the digging.

Every night it reads every contact and every home, and turns what matters into your next step, with the reason. It only watches; it never messages anyone.

  • Homes

Came off the market, equity up, years since the purchase, prices moving nearby.

  • People

Opened a report twice, asked a question on a page, filled in a form, went quiet.

  • Records

Kept clean and current, with every conversation remembered for the next draft.

Inside Sales

Texts and calls soon

It qualifies the lead. You get the whole story.

It answers new leads one to one, asks your questions, books the appointment and hands off with everything it learned. Email works today. Texts and calls are coming soon.

  • Your checklist

You choose what makes a lead ready: timeline, pre-approval, an agent or not, price, areas.

  • Your calendar

It offers times you are free and books the meeting itself.

  • A real handoff

What they want, what they asked, the next step. Not taken in time? It goes to the next agent.

Dana, Cru’s inside sales voice, calls Jessica Turner. Dana: Hi Jessica, it’s Dana with Emily Carter’s team. You asked about the Willow Ave listing? Jessica Turner: Yes. We’re hoping to move by spring. Dana: Good to know. Have you talked to a lender yet? Jessica Turner: We’re pre-approved up to $650,000. Dana: And are you working with an agent right now? Jessica Turner: No, not yet. We’d like to stay near Willow Ave, close to the schools. Dana: Perfect. I’ll have Emily call you this afternoon with a few homes.

  • Timeline: By spring
  • Pre-approved: Up to $650,000
  • Has an agent: No
  • Area: Near Willow Ave

Qualified. Handed to Emily Carter with the notes. Calls coming soon.

Every contact kept warm, one draft at a time.

Each of these roles notices a moment, plans the message and puts it in front of you. Nothing goes out until you approve it, unless you have switched that role to Auto.

Marketing Director

Email that reads like you wrote it to one person.

  • Email programs paced by how engaged each contact is.
  • Monthly home reports for homeowners: their value and what sold nearby.
  • Listing news and neighborhood reports for your whole sphere.
  • No facts to share? It sends a short, friendly note instead of guessing at numbers.

Matchmaker

The right home, in front of the right buyer, the day it changes.

  • Checks every new listing and price change against what each buyer told you.
  • Writes to each match one to one. Never a blast.
  • A buyer demand report for your listing: how many of your buyers fit it.

  • Waits for a good moment after a closing, then asks on the review site you choose.
  • Asks happy clients who they know who is thinking of moving.
  • Watches for new reviews and tells you about them.

Chief of Staff

Texts and calls soon

Your day, planned before you open the app.

  • A morning text: where you need to be, who to call, what is waiting for your OK.
  • Text or call it back to add a note, set a reminder or update a contact.
  • Until texting is on, the same plan is waiting on your list in Elevate every morning.

Which buyers asked about Willow Ave this week?

Ask Elevate

Two. David Brooks wants to see it Saturday at 11. Jessica Turner asked about the HOA fees and saved the listing. Want me to draft a follow-up to each, or put them in a spreadsheet?

Nothing sends until every check passes.

The same checks on every message and every call, at every level. When one fails, the message is held and you see why.

  • Quiet hours

Messages wait for a decent hour in the contact’s own time zone.

  • Consent

Texts and calls go only to people who agreed to hear from you.

  • How often

Frequency caps, so nobody hears from you too much.

  • Do not call

Your own list and the national registry, checked every time.

  • Fair Housing

A word list, then an AI review for steering that uses no flagged word.

  • State rules

Where a state asks for more, Cru follows the stricter rule.

Every hold is logged with its reason. If opt-outs or complaints jump, Cru pauses that role by itself.

It sounds like your team, and knows your business.

Give each role a name, a face and a voice. Teach it your business once, and it answers from what you taught it, with the source.

Questions about Cru.

Will Cru message my clients without asking me?

No. Every role that writes to your contacts starts at Approve, so each message waits for your OK. Switch a role to Auto once you like its drafts, and back any time.

Which channels does it use today?

Email. Texts and calls are coming soon. They turn on once your texting registration is approved and your office has a number, both set up inside Elevate.

Can I change what it wrote?

Yes. Edit any draft before you approve it, or throw it away.

What stops it from saying something it shouldn’t?

Every message passes quiet hours, consent, frequency, do-not-call, state rules and Fair Housing checks before it can go out, at every level. A message that fails is held and you see the reason. A role pauses itself if opt-outs or complaints jump.

What does it cost?

Cru comes with your seat. You pay for what it uses: about $0.0020 a draft, plus the email or text that sends it, all at our cost plus 10%.

When do the roles in the works arrive?

When each one is ready to turn on. We don’t publish dates. Tell us which one you need first.

Let Cru draft your next follow-up.

You read it, you approve it, you stay in charge.
