What counts as a seat?
Everyone who signs in, agents and admins alike. Each seat is $99 a month, or $750 a year paid yearly.
What does the $99 include?
The whole app: the CRM, AI follow-up, listing brochures, landing pages and posts, the home data tools, Ask Elevate and connecting your own AI. There are no contact limits. Data, AI and phone usage are billed on top, at cost plus the fee.
What does “cost plus 10%” mean?
When you run something we pay a provider for, like a home record, a text or an AI reply, you pay what it cost us plus 10%. It covers moving the money: we pay the providers and partner commissions up front, and the card processors take their fee when you pay us. The provider’s price itself is passed through unmarked. Every charge is in your cost log.
Can usage run up a big bill?
Only as far as you allow. Set a monthly budget and we warn you at 80% and 100%, or stop paid usage at the limit. You also choose which data runs, how many lookups a month, and how often contacts hear from you.
How does it compare with what I pay now?

Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly, or yearly for a lower price. Leave when you want and export your contacts as a CSV.
Why does texting have one-time fees?
US carriers require business texting to be registered. That means a one-time brand registration and campaign review, then a monthly campaign fee. We pass them through at cost plus the fee, like everything else.
