Questions about home data.
Where does the data come from?
From licensed property data providers. Your cost log shows each lookup, the home it was for and what it cost.
How accurate are the values?
They are automated estimates, built from more than one provider. Good for staying in touch and spotting a likely seller; not a substitute for your own pricing of a listing.
Do I pay for every contact in my database?
No. You pay for the lookups you make. Dormant contacts cost nothing, and you choose which data each group gets.
Can I turn home data off?
Yes. Untick every lookup, set the caps to zero, or let an admin switch off the kinds of data your company may buy.
What does the 10% cover?
It covers moving the money: we pay the providers and partner commissions up front, and the card processors take their fee when you pay us. The provider’s price itself is passed through unmarked.
Look up the homes that matter.
Start with one home. See the record and the price before you look up the next.
