Where Homsie is strong.
Worth knowing before you choose. If one of these matters most to you, Homsie may be the better fit.
- 01
Made for home-value nurture.
Every homeowner gets a home portal under your brand and a monthly email with what their home is worth.2
- 02
Seller signals from equity.
It tracks each homeowner’s equity and flags the ones whose numbers suggest they’re ready to sell.2
- 03
A low price to start.
Plans start at $62 a month billed yearly, and Follow Up Boss sync is live today. Lofty and HubSpot are listed as coming soon.13
Where Elevate is different.
A whole CRM, not a layer.
Contacts, deals, tasks, email, forms and automations live in Elevate itself, so there’s nothing to keep in sync.
Pay per lookup, not per home.
Choose which homes to refresh and how often. A monthly values-only refresh is about $0.14 a home.
Follow-up and listings too.
AI follow-up drafts the next email (texts coming soon), and every listing gets a brochure, a landing page and social posts.
Fair questions.
Which is better for monthly home-value emails?
If that’s the one thing you want, Homsie is focused on it and starts at $62 a month. If you want home values inside your CRM, next to follow-up and listing marketing, that’s Elevate.
How are home values priced in Elevate?
Per lookup, at our cost + 10%. A first full home record is about $0.70, and a monthly values-only refresh about $0.14. You choose which homes and how often, and budgets warn you at 80% and 100%.
Does Elevate sync with Follow Up Boss, like Homsie?
Not today. Elevate is the CRM itself, so you bring contacts over once: import by CSV, or let the done-for-you setup move them for you.
