Most real estate software charges for capacity: a tier of contacts, a bundle of properties, a package of add-ons. You pay for the size of your database whether you work it or not. Elevate charges differently, and this post explains exactly how.

Two lines on the bill

The software. $99 a seat a month, or $750 a seat for the year. That pays for the software and the people building it.

Usage. Everything Elevate spends on your behalf: home data lookups, AI-written follow-ups, emails, and soon texts and calls. You pay what the provider charges us, plus 10%. It covers moving the money: we pay the providers and partner commissions up front, and the card processors take their fee when you pay us. The provider’s price itself is passed through unmarked. The 10% isn't profit on the data. Why 10%?

There are no contact tiers. Ten contacts or fifty thousand, the seat price is the same. You pay for the work done on them, not for the list.

What one unit costs

These are the prices you pay, fee included, from our price sheet as of October 10, 2026.

WorkYou pay
AI-written follow-up, typical$0.0020
Email$0.0009
Full home record, first time$0.6985
Monthly value refresh, one home$0.1430
Monthly change check, one home$0.0110
Phone check$0.0077
Do Not Call check$0.0022
Text message, per segment (coming soon)$0.0044

AI is billed at the model's real cost for each request, so a long reply costs a little more than a short one. When a provider changes its price, yours moves with it. Our fee stays at 10%.

Every charge on a receipt

Each charge lands in your company's cost log the moment it happens. A line says what the work was, who or what ran it (a person on your team, a Cru role, or an AI app you connected), when, what it cost us and the fee on top. You can filter it by AI, data and messages.

That log is the point. If you can't see what you paid for, usage pricing is just a surprise bill. See how the cost log reads.

Budgets that warn, or stop

Set a monthly usage budget for your company and pick one rule:

  • Warn me (the default). Nothing stops. Company admins get an email and an alert in the app at 80% and again at 100%.
  • Stop at the limit. Paid usage pauses until the next period starts. Everything else keeps working.

Each AI app you connect, like Claude, also gets its own monthly spending cap, separate from the company budget.

An honest example

Data is where a bill can grow, so here is the plain math. A full record for one home costs $0.6985. Looking up 1,000 homes costs about $698.50. If you look up 10,000 homes in your first month, that month's data bill is about $6,985.

That's why you choose. You decide which contacts get a lookup, which data you want for them, and whether the monthly refresh updates only values ($0.1430 a home) or just checks for changes ($0.0110 a home).

We don't promise a smaller bill. We promise you can see every cent of it, and you choose what to spend it on.

No contract

Pay monthly, or yearly for less. Leave when you want and take your contacts with you as a CSV.
