Listings that turned into leads. In the agents’ words.
They generated qualified leads for me using our existing listing and we closed a few of them. They know how to run paid ads and target the right kind of people in my market.

Example: you ask your AI assistant to pause the spring nurture for the Willow Ave sellers. The campaign shows as paused on the web, and the phone app shows a matching notice.

You're paying for contacts you'll never call.
Most platforms charge by the size of your database, then sell the AI, the data and the dialer as extras. The bill grows whether or not anything gets done.
What you get billed for elsewhere
- Contacts in your database
- Properties you track
- A package quote
- Add-ons for AI and calling
- With Elevate: What you use
A receipt for everything.

$99 a seat a month.
That's the product. Or $750 a seat for the year.
Usage
What it costs us, plus 10%.
Data lookups, AI replies, texts and emails at our provider's price. The 10% is our fee. It covers moving the money: we pay the providers and partner commissions up front, and the card processors take their fee when you pay us. The provider’s price itself is passed through unmarked.
Proof
Every charge, with what it was for.
Set a budget for your company. We warn you at 80% and 100%, or stop at the limit if you prefer.

Questions.
What does “planned for you” mean?
Every few minutes Elevate checks each contact against seven rules and puts the next step on the right person’s list, with the reason. Cru drafts the message, you approve it, and the task closes itself once it’s done.
Does usage pricing mean surprise bills?
No. Set a budget for your company and we warn you at 80% and 100%, or stop at the limit if you prefer. Run the calculator before you start, and every charge is on your statement after.
What is the 10% for?
It isn’t profit on the data. We pay the data, AI and phone vendors up front, at their price, plus partner commissions. When you pay us, card processors take their fee. The 10% covers that, so the vendor price you see is the price we pay.
How does the price compare with Fello or Lofty?
It depends on how much you use. Run your own numbers in the calculator. You never pay for contacts you aren't working.
I already use Follow Up Boss. Can I bring my contacts?
Yes. Import them by CSV, or we move everything over for you with the done-for-you setup.
I don't want AI texting my clients on its own.
It starts by drafting, and you approve each message. Once you like a role’s drafts, you can let that role send on its own. Quiet hours, do-not-call lists and Fair Housing checks run on every message.
Is there a contract or a contact limit?
Neither. Pay $99 a seat a month or $750 a seat a year, plus usage at our cost plus 10%. Cancel any time and export your contacts.
I don't have time to set this up.
That's what the done-for-you setup is for. We agree one price up front, build it, walk your team through it, and hand it over.
Is connecting Claude or another AI app safe?
You sign in with your Elevate account, choose what it may do, and set a monthly spend cap. Every action is in the audit log, and you can revoke it any time.
