How it works
Your day, planned.
Elevate reads every email, form, page visit and signal, decides what each person should do next, and drafts it. You approve, then get back to clients.
One day with Elevate. Nothing to dig for.
Cru drafts. You decide what goes out.
Cru starts on drafts you approve. Approve on the web, from the email, or on your phone once the app ships. When you trust a role, you can let it send on its own.
7:30 AM
The morning brief
- Every number is read from your records, never estimated.
- Nothing to report? No text. It only speaks when it matters.
- It respects your quiet hours, in your time zone. Texting is coming soon.
8:00 AM
Next actions
- New leads ring your bell. Your company sets how fast they get an answer.
- Missed twice, the team lead or an admin hears about it.
- Every card says why it is there, so nobody has to work it out.
10:15 AM
Approvals
- One waiting draft per contact, so nobody gets two.
- Facts in the draft are checked before it reaches you.
- Admins see every draft across the company.
1:40 PM
The phone
- The Now screen puts handoffs, next actions, hot leads, meetings and drafts in one list.
- Every send is on the timeline: who drafted it and who approved it.
- The phone app is coming to iPhone and Android.
3:00 PM
Handoffs
- Qualified means the checklist is answered, not that the AI says so.
- Not accepted in time? It goes to the next person once, then expires.
- Your company sets the deadline and who’s next.
5:30 PM
Tasks and deals
- Tasks sit on one board: To do, Doing, Waiting on contact, Done.
- Cru keeps one card per conversation and moves it when it is waiting on a reply.
- A stage change can start an automation, like a post-close referral ask.
While you’re out.
None of this needs you to open a report. It runs, and what needs you lands on your list.
- Every 5 minutes
- The seven rules run and your list updates. Cleared tasks close.
- Every hour
- Contacts move between new, engaged and quiet by your company’s rules.
- All day
- Radar watches homes and contacts for signals: equity, a listing change, a page visited twice.
- Before every message
- Quiet hours, consent, do-not-call and Fair Housing checks. A blocked message is logged with the reason.
Questions.
Do I need Cru for any of this?
No. Next actions, the task board and deals work on their own. Cru adds the drafts and the handoffs.
Will anything send without me?
Not at first. Cru starts by drafting, and every draft waits for your OK. Once you like a role’s drafts, you can let that role send on its own, inside your quiet hours, consent and compliance rules.
Can we change the rules and timings?
Yes. A company admin sets how fast new leads get an answer, when a contact counts as gone quiet, how often to check in and who hears about a missed task. Each agent can adjust their own qualification checklist.
How does approving from email stay safe?
The email links to a page with one button. Opening the link changes nothing, so a mail scanner can’t approve by accident. Links work for 7 days; after that, approve in Elevate.
Is the phone app out?
It’s coming to iPhone and Android. Until then, approvals, tasks and handoffs are in the web app and in your email.
What does it cost?
Next actions, tasks and deals come with the $99 seat. Drafts Cru writes are usage, billed at our cost plus 10% and listed on your receipt.
