Every line in the log says who ran it, when, and how the price was built.

- Our cost
- $0.6350
- What the data providers charged us for this home.
- Fee, 10%
- $0.0635
- It covers moving the money: we pay the providers and partner commissions up front, and the card processors take their fee when you pay us. The provider’s price itself is passed through unmarked.
- You pay
- $0.6985
- Our cost plus 10%. Nothing else is added.
The 10% isn’t profit on the data. We pay the vendors and partner commissions up front, and the card processors charge us when you pay. The 10% covers that. Why 10%?
Set a budget. Pick the rule.
Usage pricing only works if you can cap it. Set a monthly budget for your company and pick one of two rules.
Warn meDefault
Nothing stops. Company admins get an email and an alert in the app at 80% and again at 100%.
Stop at the limit
Paid usage under that budget pauses until the next period starts. Everything else keeps working.
Monthly usage budget
$250
$205 used, 82%
You’ve used 80% of this month’s usage budget. Sent to company admins by email and in the app.
Our side of the deal.
What we commit to, so the receipt means something.
Every price is published
Each unit price is on the pricing page, next to what it costs us and the date we last checked it.
Provider prices pass straight through
If a provider raises or cuts a price, yours moves with it. Our fee stays at 10%.
No contract
Pay monthly, or yearly for less. Leave when you want and take your contacts with you as a CSV.
AI apps keep their own books
Each AI app you connect has its own monthly spending cap and an activity log of everything it did, refusals included.
How we use your data
Our data policy goes here, in plain words, before launch.
Placeholder, data policy (founder to write): one line on how customer data is used, e.g. whether it is ever sold or used to train AI.
Where your data comes from.
The providers behind Elevate, and what each one does for you. A charge in your log names the work it paid for, at the provider's price plus 10%.

Questions about the bill.
Why add 10% at all?
It covers moving the money: we pay the providers and partner commissions up front, and the card processors take their fee when you pay us. The provider’s price itself is passed through unmarked. The seat price pays for the software itself.
Is anything left off the cost log?
Only your seats: a flat $99 a month, or $750 a year, each, on your invoice. Every usage charge is in the log.
Does AI cost the same every time?
No. AI is billed at the model’s real cost for each request, so a long reply costs a little more than a short one. Each one is logged with its own price.
What happens when we hit a budget?
With “Warn me”, nothing stops and company admins hear about it at 80% and 100%. With “Stop at the limit”, paid usage under that budget pauses until the next period. You can switch rules any time.
Do your prices change?
When a provider changes its price, yours changes with it. The pricing page shows every unit price and the date we last checked it.
