From one listing link to a storybook brochure, a landing page and the leads they capture

Paste the listing link. Elevate builds the brochure, the page and the posts, and every buyer who raises a hand lands in your contacts with the reason they called.

2 min read

A new listing comes with a to-do list nobody enjoys: a brochure, a web page for the home, posts for every account, a form that doesn't lose people, and a way to answer the same questions twenty times. Here is how Elevate turns that list into one step.

Start a campaign and paste the link to the listing. Elevate reads the photos, the facts and the description, and builds from there. You can change anything it picks.

The storybook brochure

The brochure is a digital magazine for the home. It turns like a book, with big photos and the story of the house written around them, not a spec sheet with pictures. There are several layouts; the storybook one gives the photos the most room.

It has its own lead form, and buyers can ask Ava about the home by voice or chat while they read. You can print it, too.

The landing page

Next to the brochure, Elevate builds a page for the home. The copy is written for you, and you edit any of it. You pick a theme, and the page carries a lead form, Ava, and, if you want one, a short walkthrough video made from the photos.

Behind the form there's a thank-you page that keeps the buyer: more details about the home, and a thank-you email of its own. Your tracking pixels fire on both, and every lead keeps where it came from.

The posts

From the same listing and its photos, make posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Preview them and schedule them to your own accounts.

Publish on your own domain

Every piece can live on your own domain, like homes.yourname.com, with your brand and no Elevate marks, at no extra cost. Each page has two switches for whether search engines and AI assistants may find it, and the listing page carries the data they read. How search and AI find your pages.

Every buyer lands in your contacts

When someone fills in a form, they become a contact with the listing they asked about and where they came from. If they talked to Ava first, the transcript and a short summary are saved on their record, along with what they told her: whether they're buying soon, whether they have an agent.

Then the work is planned for you. A new lead nobody has reached out to goes straight onto your list as the next thing to do, and if Inside Sales is on, its first reply is already drafted for your OK.

When it sells

Unpublish the pages with one switch, and they're gone from the web, your sitemap and llms.txt. Or set the landing page to come down on its own when the listing is done.
